Lost one star for the snap/fasteners. Very difficult to open and/or close. Lost a second star because, the firearm retention straps are reversed, making it almost impossible to remove the firearm from the holster in a timely manner! Fortunately, my sidearm is a weapon of last defense and/or method of no surrender. Otherwise, I mostly rely upon a rifle, carbine or something with a large red/black button that doesn't require a holster. This holster was purchased to accommodate use while wearing body armor and/or chest rig. My original holster is a shoulder holster. Couldn't reach it while wearing a plate carrier with full kit. We're living in strange and dangerous times. I'd prefer to grow old and fat without having to train and be always vigilante, again!
