"The It.34L, IWB Holster w Steel Clip For Gun w. Light & Red Dot for the FN FNX 45 Tactical. All I had to do was select the holster and add to the note field the specs on the weapon. That it is the FN FNX 45 TACTICAL With a threaded barrel, thread protection nut, and the standard viper red dot sight. It has the STREAMLIGHT TLR- 8AG MODEL added. If you have any questions contact their customer support and they are happy to help. The holster covers the threaded barrel and the holster is made to fit the high sights and viper red dot sight that the Tactical version comes with. They did a fine job fitting the Streamlight tactical light with laser into the design of the holster. The craftsmanship of the holster is of superb and the overall quality is outstanding. This is Not made in the USA but this is quality European craftmanship so no problems here. This is not some Chinese junk and is quality Italian leather and German threads with handcrafting from Slovakia. The attention to detail is just what I wanted and expected. After the breaking in of the holster using the dry method for the firearm and the wet method for the retention strap, the holster was snug and had a precise fit. I am glad I found Craft Holsters for my firearms which are made specifically for the weapons and equipment I have on them. I will be purchasing more."

Description
This handcrafted IWB holster is designed for concealed appendix carry of pistols with tactical lights, lasers, and red dot sights. Built for stability and retention, it combines a reinforced thumb break with deep leather molding to secure your firearm firmly in place. It’s shaped for optimal use in the 1 o’clock carry position but also works well at 3 o’clock.
What sets this holster apart is its optics-ready design with a precision rear cut that clears reflex, RMR, or red dot sights. A full-length sight channel ensures smooth reholstering, and the molded leather shields both optic and slide while maintaining a fast draw.
Another key feature is the steel-reinforced thumb break, which enhances retention beyond passive molding. Together with the low-mounted steel belt clip, the holster delivers excellent concealment, comfort, and secure attachment to 1.5” wide, 0.25” thick belts. Every unit is handmade from Italian leather and stitched with German-engineered thread for lasting performance.
