Frequently asked questions

Here's where you can find answers to all of the frequently asked questions concerning Craft Holsters, the Holsters Club™, Shopping, Sizing, Orders, Shipping, Holster Care and Returns. Just in case you haven't found what you are looking for, please, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you out.



We offer online credit card payments and PayPal. In case a payment doesn't go through or can't be processed, you’ll receive a Paypal invoice, which can be paid for using your credit card (Paypal registration is not necessary).

If you have a problem with your credit card you’ll receive a Paypal invoice and you can carry out the payment by your credit card without Paypal registration. If Paypal is not your favorite option, send us an email and we will offer you other payment options.

Most of our products are custom made, therefore, your credit card is charged so the production of your holster can start.

Our holsters are shipped out from traditional European producers, so you might be charged a small overseas fee. This is being issued by your bank, not by Craft Holsters.

All of our products now come with premium Lifetime Warranty. For more information, check out our Warranty section.

As we value the work of any active or retired Law Enforcement officer, Military member, or First responder, we offer Law Enforcement discounts. You can apply for the discount by filling out the Law Enforcement Discount form.

To find holsters for your gun, go to our entire selection of holsters (holster finder) and select the manufacturer and model of your gun from the drop down menu and click on the "Find Holsters" button. You will be redirected to the products customized for your gun model.

Also, if you want to filter your options, carry styles, materials, attachments, manufacturer, or color, simply use the filter available on the left-hand side of the website.

You can also choose the “in stock” filter to see what items can be shipped right away. And if you need a left-handed holster, simply select the “left handed” filter and see which of our holsters are available for left-handed shooters.

You can find the holsters available for your gun through our holster finder. If you can’t find your gun model, please contact us.

In case of semi-autos, the barrel length is the length from the breech face to the end of the muzzle. In case of revolvers, the barrel length is the length from the face of the cartridge cylinder to the end of the muzzle.



You can check your order status on our Support page by entering your email and order number (6 digits included in the automated email you received after placing your order). You can find a link to the online checker in the automated email you received, just click on it and you don’t need to search for anything.

The estimated delivery date is always mentioned in Checkout and the duration depends on the product availability and the selected shipping method.

You can check the estimated delivery date in Check order status on the Support page.

Yes, it is. If you need your new holster as soon as possible, then you should select from the “in stock” options for your gun model, which you can find through our holster finder.

As the holster you chose needs to be custom made, the delivery window can only start once it’s been produced. If you need your holster quicker, you can choose items that are available in stock by selecting the “in stock” filter in the Holster Finder.

Yes, you’ll receive an automated email including the tracking number. The email will be sent directly from the shipping provider.

Yes, you can do so by contacting us and stating if you want to change or cancel the order.

As most of our holsters are custom made, any changes regarding order are acceptable within 1 week after the order has been placed.

You can also change/cancel orders more than 1 week after placing your order, however we will charge 25% of the product price since your order is already in production. Please note that it’s not possible to change/cancel the order once it’s been shipped.



By default, our holsters are made for standard carry (condition 2), but we can customize them for cocked & locked carry per your request. Please send us an email or make a note to your order and we will adjust the holster accordingly.

Yes, we can make minor adjustments to our holsters based on your needs. Please send us an email with your customization request, but keep it mind that some customizations come at an additional fee.

If your attachment is not listed, please contact us.

If you are a right handed shooter, choose the right hand option and the gun will be under your left arm.

All of our holsters are manufactured in Europe and their production is rooted deep in traditional European craftsmanship and leather-making, which grants them a unique feel and high quality.


4. Shipping

The shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method. You can find all information on delivery times and shipping fees on our Shipping page.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware of any additional costs charged by the local customs office. If you’re located outside of the USA, we recommend checking possible import costs prior to placing your order.

Unfortunately, our shipping providers are not able to deliver to an APO/AFO address.

6. Holsters Club™

Our Holsters Club™ offers various benefits for our club members and returning customers, including a 10% loyalty discount.

Please note that the loyalty discount doesn't apply to Custom Shop products.

To claim your discount, it’s necessary to be logged into your account. The discount will be applied automatically in the shopping cart.

7. Care & Maintenance

If your new holster feels a bit tight, don't worry. Check out our leather holster Break-in Guide or our instructional Break-in YouTube video guide, which will provide you with all the info you need to successfully break in your new holster and achieve that perfect, glove-like fit. Also, there's a couple of handy break-in tips inside the box your new holster has come in.
