Excellent quality and craftsmanship on the holster. I was extremely disappointed in the monogram letters, its little bitty gold stamp letters you can hardly see. Took a month to receive it. Overall it was a perfect fit for my revolver, and a little overpriced. Just extremely disappointed in the personalization of my holster, and the time it took to receive, especially for the price. Customer service seems to be great, very attentive to questions emails.
