This is the 5th Craft Holster I have purchased. All are great holsters. This one, for my 4” S&W 500, was the only one that required some break in using the break in kit. When first received, I could not easily get the thumb snap to engage with the pistol holstered, and it was quite difficult to get my belt through the belt tunnel. I followed the instructions in the break in kit, applying the solution to the holster and belt tunnel. I then holstered the pistol wrapped in an old sock and also slid a 1/8” thick piece of metal in to the belt tunnel. After leaving it over night, the pistol now fits perfectly and I can slide it on my belt with just enough resistance to keep it from sliding around while wearing it. Although the 500 is quite a large pistol, it is very comfortable to carry in this holster and after break in, is easy to draw and re holster.

I ordered a pair of IWB COMFORTABLE LEATHER BELT HOLSTERS for my twin S&W 500(4in). One on either side for Seattle etc “bear” protection. Great Quality as always! Thankyou Craft!

The holster is very well made and fits my S&W 500 short barrel perfectly. The leather is thick and high quality. It should be noted that these are manufactured in Slovakia, so there can be delays related to manufacturing and shipping. The product is worth the wait, and I would definitely buy another product from them.
