The Smith & Wesson 342 - 1.87’’ is a J-frame revolver developed by Smith & Wesson, the world’s most popular revolver manufacturer. The Model 342 ranks among the world’s smallest revolvers as its barrel is merely 1.87’’ long, which makes it one of the best everyday deep concealed carry handguns. This tiny pocket revolver is chambered for the .38 Special +P cartridge. The model M&P 342 was introduced in 2001 as a special run of revolvers that are identical to a Model 340 but chambered only for .38 Special +P due to some police departments ammunition restrictions. This Smith & Wesson revolver comes with a bobbed hammer.
