About Smith & Wesson Model 625 - 4"
The S&W; Model 625 4'' is a revolver from the N-framed line of Smith & Wesson. The frame of this model is made out of metal providing a sturdy foundation for the N-frame representative. But S&W; felt that a stronger system would be required with the powerful cartridges they intended to use, so additional locking was provided by a bolt housed in the ejector rod shroud that locked into a mortise on the cylinder yoke. S&W; also introduced a new cartridge that was to become as famous, if not more so, than the revolver itself.

This is a sturdy, well-made holster at a very good price. The S&W Model 625 is a heavy, N-Frame Revolver, even without 6 rounds of .45 ACP in it. The design holds it close to your body, and with a sturdy belt it is concealable under a light jscket of sweatshirt. I have purchased several Craft holsters, and I am very pleased with all of them. If you've been looking for leather accessories for your pistol, shotgun or rifle weapon of choice, you've quickly determined there's not a lot out in the brick and mortar stores or the internet. Over the last few years, I'd been looking for a leather shoulder holster for my S&W M625 45cal revolver and wasn't having any luck. I thought I'd give the web one more try and I'm glad I did.
