I had been looking for a quality, leather, IWB, canted, reinforced throat holster for a Kahr PM9. I found Craft holsters and Falco (not Galco). Got a Halloween discount, bought it with the double mag pouch. Wondered how they would compare to a Milt Sparks. As expected, it took a couple months because mine was essentially custom order. Got and it exceeded any and all expectations---every bit as good as a Milt Sparks that I have for a 1911! Beautiful, excellent quality, PM9 works perfect with it. So I ordered a belt to match, got it and it's a perfect match! The holster nor mag pouch did not require any "break-in".
