Overall, highly pleased - but there is a caution I must put out to others considering this rig for revolvers. My Colt Python 6" is my pride and joy, and although I actually don't have any intention of public conceal carry this monstrosity (albeit, there may be situations where pulling a most evident hand-cannon may be the defusing element of a situation), I wanted a rig I could use at home if I have to do a walk and check, bare chested, and wearing typical pajama bottoms. A shoulder holster seemed like the answer. I had initially considered the one side carry, but to be frank, "elastic components" on anything doesn't fill me with confidence. This version with the ammo pouches being all leather, and having a couple speed loaders of .357 definitely adds to the confidence level, I went with this far more expensive option. However, the speed loader pouches are THICC. So much so, that matter how I adjusted, they got in the way of my strong side, something that absolutely plummets the confidence ratio. I didn't really think of this issue beforehand, and I am sure the semi-auto magazine form is far better, but it did leave me at a loss with what to do with this rig. Answer! I took off the speed loaders, looped the bands together, and put a gel cushion (the kind you put on luggage handles) on the loop for under the armpit. Then I double circled the belt loop on the speed loader, attached it to the holster belt loop, and ba da bing, ba da boom. I got a comfortable, practical one-side carry shoulder holster with no elastic and the speed loaders still in easy reach with full freedom of my strong side. Holster draw practice bare chested (and in pajama bottoms), weak side hand gripping the over case of the holster, strong hand flipping off the retaining strap and pulling down and out and present with elbow leveraged against my side, 1.5 seconds (10 ft distance). Kudos to design and craftmanship that let me fairly easily work out a good solution for my desires. And yes, the restraining strap was the hardest part to stretch out - I bought the leather care kit along with the rig, and it answered perfectly well.

Fits my 6" 1978 Colt Python perfectly. Very nice leather.

Beautiful rig at a great price. Fit is snug, did not have to use the bag or alcohol method, but very snug. The rotating holster is really slick, gun comes out nicely. Adjustments are great, got the harness snug and comfortable - a 6" revolver is a big gun, but the rig fits comfortably and snug. You may want to consider throw in in a couple extra pieces of hardware as we almost dropped a screw down a heater vent when making adjustments. Thanks Much!
