I purchased a holster for a .44 anaconda. The clip is glued onto the leather with no stitching and came off about an hour after I opened the box. I’m working with customer service but no word yet on a resolution. I believe the clip should be sewn onto the holster. I would like a new holster from this company that is made correctly or money back.

I haven't had an opportunity to actually where it out and about, but the little bit that I have worn it around I have been very impressed with the fit and how comfortable it is! The quality is top notch! Couldn't be more please, I completely recommend Craft Holsters to anyone looking for a quality leather holster.

Defective chest strap will not expand beyond 32 inches. Default sizing as advertised is supposed to be 51 inches. Cumbersome and slow customer service communication limited to email which they apparently read only once a day in the early morning. First they offered to sell me a chest extension for $15. I declined. Then a new cs rep asked me to provide photographs. Submitted but no reply yet. Another day of email tag. Why not just send me the damn strap? Very poor and slow customer service. Now I discovered the revolver cartridge loops are too big and the 44 mag cartridges just slip out due to no tension. I sent another email informing them, but of course no response will be forthcoming until tomorrow morning. Smh. I asked for a return merchandise approval when they suggested I pay the extra $15. My request has been ignored. I am not pleased.
