I own multiple Craft holsters and every one of them are all tight initially but I follow the instructions and after 1-2 applications the fit is perfect. ( I also put them in the microwave in 5 second intervals until the leather is warm to the touch, usually 3 applications and that helps. Great product/quality! Will put them side by side with other high end holsters I have and notice no difference in quality or workmanship. .
