The Walther PDP is a single-action, striker-fired, semi automatic pistol developed by Walther. The pistol was introduced in 2021 and it’s the most modern Walther pistol and their currently most popular flagship handgun. The PDP abbreviation stands for Performance Duty Pistol and Walther introduced it in both full-sized as well as compact versions. The overall length of the full-size Walther PDP is 8 inches and its barrel is 4.5’’ long. The pistol comes with a double stack magazine that can be loaded with up to 18 rounds of the 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge. The Walther PDP is an optics-ready pistol. On top of that, it comes with front and rear slide serrations, accessory rail, interchangeable backstraps, smoother trigger, and an ultra ergonomic design. All of these features make the Walther PDP a great service and military sidearm. The pistol also comes with a Glock-style trigger safety. Just like many other popular striker-fired pistols, the Walther PDP is also fully made of polymer, which makes it quite lightweight even at a bigger size.

Quality workmanship. You can see the attention to detail in its solid construction. The holster looks just as good if not more attractive in person as it did on the website. I once owned a fabric shoulder holster from another manufacturer . That pales in comparison to this. This drapes my shoulders well and the level of adjustability allows for a fine-tuned fit. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 months to arrive.

I can’t say enough for the quality of this shoulder rig. It fits perfectly due to its many adjustment points, and prints hardly at all. Highly recommend this rig to all who prefer this method of carry.
