About FN 509 Midsize - 4"
The FN 509 Midsize - 4’’ is a striker single-action, recoil-operated semi-automatic pistol. This handgun was developed by FN Five-Seven, a well-known Belgian manufacturer of semi-auto pistols. Just like many other Five-seveN pistols, the frame of this model is also made of black polymer and the grips are made of integrated polymer. The FN 509 Midsize - 4’’ comes with a 4’’ long barrel and the pistol relies on the use of the popular 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge. The magazine of this pistol is a double stack which can be loaded up with up to very impressive 15 rounds of ammo. The FN 509 Midsize - 4’’ is a very good everyday concealed carry weapon, but it is a great tactical handgun as well. The main reason for this is the built-in accessory rail that lets you attach various lights and lasers to the pistol. Another great feature is the 3-dot fixed sights system, which further increases the pistol’s target acquisition and accuracy.
