How to choose the best holster for your Beretta APX
Selecting the right holster for a Beretta APX involves evaluating your carry style, daily activities, and personal preferences. Compatibility is crucial—each holster must match the frame size, rail, and attachment style of your APX model. Look for retention systems that balance fast access with secure hold. Consider your preferred position and whether you need concealment, comfort, or quick draw access. For added versatility, ensure the holster accommodates optics or lights if you use them.

Carry Options for Beretta APX holsters
Concealed Carry
The ideal concealed carry holster for the Beretta APX Full Size depends on its size and your personal preferences. For this full-sized pistol, an IWB holster is often the best option, as its compact design and close-to-body fit enhance discretion. However, OWB holsters with slim profiles can also work well with proper cover garments.
IWB Holsters
A Beretta APX IWB holster provides deep concealment with minimal printing under clothing. Inside-the-waistband designs sit snugly between your body and pants, offering discretion and control. Adjustable clips and sweat guards enhance comfort for daily carry. These holsters work best for users prioritizing concealment in civilian or off-duty environments.
OWB Holsters
A Beretta APX holster OWB offers ease of access and a stable draw, making it ideal for open carry or range use. Outside-the-waistband models attach to your belt and distribute weight evenly. This type is well-suited for those needing fast access with a secure fit, especially when concealment is not required.
Shoulder Holsters
A Beretta APX shoulder holster provides an alternative carry option that shifts the firearm under the arm. This style is beneficial for sitting, driving, or wearing heavier outerwear. Balanced design and adjustable harnesses help distribute weight comfortably across the shoulders.
Duty Holsters
A Beretta APX duty holster is built for professional use, offering robust retention and quick deployment. These holsters often include Level II or III retention systems for security during high-movement situations. Durable materials and locking mechanisms make them ideal for uniformed carry.
Left Hand Holsters
A Beretta APX left hand holster provides mirrored features for left-handed users without compromising comfort or accessibility. Designed with adjustable ride height and cant, these holsters offer equal performance for southpaw shooters. Compatibility with IWB, OWB, and shoulder configurations ensures a tailored fit.
Holsters with Light

The quality of the holster is FIVE stars. The appropriate fit is next to nothing. I have been working with denatured alcohol for three days and I almost have a tight fit. Another three or four days should get it done. I had the same problem with another cross-draw, purchased, but most of that was the thumb break. That took multiple days, on and off, to get it stretched the 3 /4 of an inch that it was short. The pistol's fit was fine. On this one, the area for the trigger guard was way to small. It's now stretched out but a tight fit, wherein it's quite a chore to draw the pistol. Another few days of plastic bag and alcohol should do the trick.

Arrived a few days earlier than expected. At first I thought it was Kydex. Tried to put Beretta APX in it but would not go. Alcoholed it down, crammed it down overnight. Today loaded it up with Vaseline, and a freezer bag. Still a tight fit, but when you have a big one Vaseline did the job. Beautifully made, just perfect. So impressive hanging on my side. Craft is great to work with. Will buy again.
