Leather is excellent, and they are very nice. I wouldn’t do the initials again. They weren’t what I was expecting. I was thinking they were going to be in the leather, but it’s little gold lettering. Overall good stuff

I'm writing this review specifically for this holster on my revolver. It looks like craft holsters took the leather pattern from a belt holster and added the paddle mount. The problem with this is that the paddle mount creates a large flat rigid area on the leather. This means that the revolver only touches the leather on a very small region on the cylinder on the hip side. As a result the gun is now stretching the leather such that it does not sit centered in the holster and the leather makes contact with the rear sights on the far side. If they fixed the patterning to account for both the round cylinder in the holster AND the way the paddle works then I would be happy to try this again. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because the leather work looks very high quality and I'm sure this is an excellent holster for most auto-loaders.
