Good holster, I broke it in the first night using the plastic bag method. I was wearing my gun the second day and I haven’t stopped since. The holster has very good fit for the gun. I didn’t have to tighten the screw yet. While firm, the holster is also soft enough to make carrying a full size gun more comfortable.

This holster is extremely poor quality. It came way too tight for my weapon to fit. They won't pay for return shipping and only offer a store credit. Their solution. Put my weapon in a bag and shove it in the holster to break it in. I have NEVER had to break in any other holster and they worked PERFECTLY. So I did as instructed. Three days later it still too tight. You can force it in and snap it. But when you attempt to draw, it simply pulls the holster, gun and all off you side. There is some type of residue that leaks out of the leather and gets on your hands, clothes and weapon. The stitching inside has exposed ends that are very hard and will damage the finish of a weapon. The inside snap at the thumb break is uncovered and will also damage a weapon. When I contacted customer service, and I use the term lightly. They wanted me to fill out a form and take pictures! What if the product didn't have any of these numerous faults and I simply wanted to return it. Hey Craft Holsters, it's called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They just want your money and produce a sub standard product. Do yourself a favor. Buy from a different company!!
