First and foremost… Filip's responsiveness to my inquiries knocked my socks off!! I recently bought a BRG9 Elite for sport and daily carry. It has been frustrating trying to find a comfortable holster that would cover the trigger guard properly. After a couple of false starts, I started looking online. Came across Craft Holster. Decided to start with a holster for the range and I noticed the drop down fields on their order page included my firearm. Hummmm… Looked further… buy back guarantee and a return policy… interesting. Proceeded with a very reasonably priced holster for the range. It took a little less than thirty days to fill my order, a custom made holster for my weapon, remember? It exceeded my expectations. So I ordered a second leather holster for my daily carry. And Filip helped me again. Stellar experience.
