At first, I was a little apprehensive about buying made to order stuff online because some previous experiences have not gone as well as expected. I took a gamble on Craft Holsters and I'm glad I did. This is my Sig Sauer 1911 Emperor Scorpion 10mm which I wanted to carry with me when hunting out in the desert. I just received this beautiful molded Kydex holster, and it fits like a glove. Craft Holsters make it simple to order and get it right the first time. There are a ton of options from the drop-down menus to get the exact gun, caliber, and light attachments. I wish I could post a short video I made showing just how perfectly the Sig fits and stays snug in the holster even upside down with some significant shaking but is still easy to draw from when on my belt. I give this holster and company a 5 Star rating for getting it right the first time and producing an excellent quality Kydex holster. The only con is the waiting time. It took 2 days short of 6 weeks from order to receiving it, but I must cut them some slack as that is usually a good sign, they're busy. I've ordered two more holsters for 2 more of my favorite pistols.

Not many companies would make a holster for my Sig Emperor Scorpion with Streamlight TLR8AG. I was pleased to find Craft Holsters despite the two-month lead time. It was well worth the wait, although it did arrive a few days earlier than predicted. The holster is well crafted. at first fit it was very tight. I had to repeat the break-in process three times and wear it for about a week to loosen it up enough for a reasonably smooth draw. However, with patience, the fit is perfect. There is enough retention that I don't worry about it falling out while traversing mountain terrain. Plus, it has the comfort of leather, and stays close enough to my side to be concealable under a sport coat without significant printing while traversing corporate terrain. Not bad for a full-size pistol.

I am very pleased with this holster. I searched for a long time to find a manufacturer that had a mold for my Sig Sauer Emperor Scorpion, much less with a light. It fit almost perfectly upon delivery, with very little break in required. I carry with one in the chamber, and the thumb break fits perfectly under the hammer. Even with the hammer down, it required no stretching to snap securely. In retrospect, I probably would not include the thumb break for an IWB holster. However, I appendix carry, feel more comfortable with the leather between the hammer and a .45 to the balls.
