About Kahr MK9
This recoil operated semi-automatic gun comes in two variants- tritium night sights or white bar-dot combat sights. It is chambered in 9mm cal. Part of Kahr's Premium Series, the MK Series is a high quality thin profile subcompact, pocket carry handgun model with a steel frame. Features include a polygonal rifled match grade barrel, double-action only (DAO) trigger, internal, passive striker block safety, stainless or blackened stainless slide, 6-round magazine wraparound textured nylon grip, satin stainless steel finish and an option for night sights. Kahr pistols are striker-fired locked-breech designs, relying on a modification of the Browning dropping-barrel system with a lug above the chamber locking the barrel into the roof of the slide. The length of this model is 5.3-in with 3-in barrel. The bullet mass capacity is 124 grains.
