About Glock 17 Gen 5
The Glock 17 Gen 5 is a product from the Gen 5 series that was introduced in 2017. The updates of the new generation centered around a nDLC finish on the barrel and slide, an ambidextrous slide stop lever, a flared magwell, removal of the finger grooves and a GLOCK Marksman barrel. The parts of the G17 Gen 5, as well as of other Glocks can be interchanged between each other. Glock made these changes in order to satisfy both left and right handed shooters. The new Glock 17 Gen-5 is available and ready to be used for daily carry or concealed carry.

I just received my new CRAFT HOLSTER and it fits very comfortably. The one thing I will have to get changed is the stupid drop down magazine holder next month, I'll again contact Craft

Not worth the huge amount of money and wait time. Don't waste your time with these holsters. This is junk. Poor quality. Rivets likely won't last more than a few weeks. Belt strap on holster too short. Have to find, buy and use expensive denatured alcohol to stretch leather to fit firearm and magazines. This should have been disclosed to customers in basic advertisement. Very disappointed in entire experience with these folks.

A solid holster for the price. My Gen 3 seems to fit just as well as the Gen 5. Thumb release feels solid yet easily unsnaps as needed. Height above and below belt line feels correct for me. I will be buying another one for the Gen 3. May try something without retention this time.
