The Arminius HW7 is chambered in the rather underpowered .22 Long Rifle caliber, which makes the Arminius HW7 rather weak on longer ranges. The Arminius HW7 also features a 6 inch long barrel, which greatly helps to negate this fact. The Arminius HW7 is best suited as a fun shooting range “toy”, for hunting small game such as squirrels and for people who have trouble handling stronger recoils of more powerful calibers.
