The Rock Island AL3.1 is a double/single-action revolver designed by Armscor, a firearms manufacturer with the headquarters in the Philippines. The Rock Island AL3.1 is mainly meant for citizens who take personal defense very seriously and it’s become a very popular everyday concealed carry revolver. The frame of this revolver is made of stainless steel and it’s got black rubber mono grips. The Rock Island AL3.1 relies on the use of the strong .357 Magnum cartridge. The Rock Island AL3.1 comes with only a 2’’ long barrel, which allows for super easy concealment. The Rock Island AL3.1 can store in up to 6 rounds of ammo, which is more than enough for most situations one might need to use this revolver in. This revolver is also equipped with fixed ramp front and fixed rear sights, which delivers higher accuracy. Apart from being a great everyday carry option, this nifty little revolver fulfils all the needs of sport shooters too.

Perfect, snug, secure fit. No break-in required. Stays in place in my front pocket. Heavily cushioned and stiff to protect against drops and run-ins with furniture. Synthetic material should protect against water, sweat. My RIA AL3.1 is not a small gun. In fact it's the size of a K-frame with a 2" barrel and weighs nearly two pounds. But this holster somehow causes the perceived bulk and weight to be much less when in my pocket. Does not print. Quality construction. Durable! This holster will last as long if not longer than the weapon! I'm now considering an AIWB in the same material for my revolver.
