As other reviewers have said, the strap holding the gun in the holster is too short. Even with the hammer back it is too short. I am using some Neatsfoot oil but it's not enough to overcome the shortage. You need both hands and a set of vise grips to snap the strap closed. The rest of the holster fits fine
