I've only worn it a few times. I need to work on cover garments to keep it hidden. Mine was custom made as I am a big man 6'4" 330 lbs. Width wise it fit like a glove. Raising and lowering the pistol & ammo carrier to fit just right took some adjustment but was easy enough with the hardware provided. I wish they supplied two screw/nut combo's for each strap but that's an easy fix. It's incredibly comfortable. My one regret was/is that I would have purchased one when I was in my mid-thirties instead of 70
