About STI GP6
The STI GP6 has been developed by Jaroslav Kuracina. In 2007, STI has made a deal with Kuracina’s company to produce 100,000 units of this gun under the commercial name GP-5. This gun uses a locking system which employs a rotating barrel lock cammed by a cross pin. It is a short recoil operated gun, the specifications are: barrel length 4.3 in, width 1.6 in and height 5.3 in. It has a 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge and the magazine can hold 17 rounds. The sights are fixed, composed of a front blade and an adjustable rear notch. The gun is made of polymer, it’s lighter and transfers less recoil.
