Rock Island pistols are manufactured by Armscor, which was established in 1905 in the Philippines as a trading company. It’s focus was motorcycles and sporting goods, which included firearms and ammunition. In 1952, the company started producing firearms and ammunition. Today the company is the largest ammunition and arms manufacturer in SouthEast Asia.

The Rock Island AL3.0 is a double/single-action revolver designed by Armscor, a firearms manufacturer with the headquarters in the Philippines. The Rock Island AL3.0 is mainly meant for citizens who take personal defense very seriously and it’s become a very popular everyday concealed carry revolver. The frame of this revolver is made of blued finish steel and it’s got black rubber mono grips. The Rock Island AL3.0 relies on the use of the strong .357 Magnum cartridge. The Rock Island AL3.0 comes with only a 2’’ long barrel, which allows for super easy concealment. The Rock Island AL3.0 can store in up to 6 rounds of ammo, which is more than enough for most situations one might need to use this revolver in. This revolver is also equipped with fixed ramp front and fixed rear sights, which delivers higher accuracy.
