About Para Ordnance P10
Para USA (Para) is a firearms manufacturer from the United States. It is a successor to Para-Ordnance, founded in Canada in 1985. It’s specialization is the manufacture of M1911-style semi-automatic pistols. The company's first product was a plastic paintball gun designed for police and military training purposes. In 2009 Para moved from Canada to the United States and became a totally U.S. Company - Para USA. In 2012 they became a part of the Freedom Group, a group owned by Cerberus Capital Management.
In stock form, the P10 is a handy little 1911. It has a stainless-steel slide and frame, making it substantial enough to effectively grip while carrying 10+1 rounds of .45 ACP ammo. Despite that capacity; however, the gun has a relatively small footprint for concealment. The 45 Automatic is the most powerful military handgun cartridge in use today. This is a heavy and powerful sub-sonic round. Although its muzzle energy can exceed 400 ft-lbs, its velocity and bullet weight creates a steep trajectory curve that limits its effective range to self-defense distances. All told, the P10 has a 3-inch barrel, an overall length of 6.5 inches, a height of 4.5 inches and an unloaded weight of 31.5 ounces. It features polymer grips, fiber-optic sights, single anction trigger and black nitride finish.

What Makes a Great Shoulder Para Ordnance P10 Holster
A perfect Para Ordnance P10 Shoulder holster holds your firearm without the need of a retention strap. The natural retention of each material takes care of it and you can even hold the scabbard upside down without the firearm falling of. Or you can rely on the retention strap which can have several levels of retention. Another treat of a great Para Ordnance P10 Shoulder gunholster are smooth edges on the outside. This way the holster stays protected from abrasions, scratches or any other intrusive surfaces that it may stumble upon. A perfect finish of a Para Ordnance P10 holster is another feature. A finished holster keeps dust, moisture and water away. Taking care of your holster is a important thing and there are many options including break-in or adjustment.
