This recoil operated semi-automatic pistol was produced in 2009 and it is chambered in .45 Auto caliber. This model is a officer-sized 1911 with a commander size slide. It features single-action trigger, grip safety and manual thumb safety, 7-round magazine, black finish steel frame, custom G10 grip 3-dot tritium sights, Nighthawk T3 magwell, serrated top and rear of the slide, lightweight aluminum Nighthawk Custom tri-cavity trigger, shortened slide stop and beveled frame, checkered hi-cut front strap and back strap, dehorned for concealed carry. The length of this model is 7.85-in with 4.25 -in caliber.

This is the best shoulder holster I’ve ever seen. Fits my nighthawk commander like a glove. Required no break in period. The leather is top quality. The ingenious rotation of the vertical holster to horizontal on uncoupling the retention strap is a brilliant design. Very comfortable and very secure.
