Heckler & Koch is a German company that manufactures handguns, military rifles, submachine guns, and grenade launchers. It’s story began after WW II. when the former designers of Mauser pistols started a machine tool plant in the former arms factory. They had responded to the need of the West German Bundeswehr in 1956 and their need of firearms and built the G3 rifle, which was based on the design of the Spanish CETME rifle. 

HK VP9 Tactical a threaded-barrel tactical variant chambered in 9mm caliber. Except for the threaded barrel, this variant is nearly identical to standard series pistols; only weight and length differ due to the longer and slightly heavier threaded barrel. VP9 Tacticals also have adjustable Truglo high profile sights —made exclusively for Heckler & Koch —that are suitable for use with or without suppressors. This model features striker single-action trigger, Glock-style trigger safety, 15-round magazine, black polymer frame, integrated polymer grip and polygonal barrel. The VP trigger surpasses those found on competitors. It has a short, light take-up with a solid, single action type break followed by a short positive reset. The VP uses HK’s ergonomic handgun grip design that includes three changeable backstraps and six side panels—accommodating all hand sizes.
