About CZ 92
The Czech armoury (CZ), probably one of the most successful European firearm producer based in the Czech republic, offers to its customers quality products and more than 75 years of experience in the production of various firearms. The company has sales agencies in more than 100 countries worldwide, however the most important is its presence in the USA. CZ-USA is located in Kansas City, Kansas and it’s the US-based subsidiary of the Czech Armoury.
CZ 92 was designed in 2005 for personal defense use and mainly at short distances. Thanks to its small size it is an ideal option for concealed carry. The whole technical concept was adapted with this point of view. CZ 92 model is quite small and light handgun featuring a blowback breech and the double action only (DAO) mode of fire. CZ-92 is unfortunately not equipped with a manual safety so as not to compromise its readiness to fire. For safe maintenance of CZ 92 with no problem, the pistol is fitted with a magazine safety, which locks the pistol automatically after the magazine is removed. CZ 92 is adapted for a comfortable grip for both left-handers and right-handers. Because of the purpose of the pistol is equipped with a simple sighting rib. The pistol is available in various surface finish versions. CZ-92 is produced in two versions with magazine release located either on side or at the bottom of the grip.
