Excellent, quality, design and construction and break in instructions. One comment, the holster needs a strap of leather or Velcro to come off the bottom of the holster to secure it to my pants belt. When I lean over forward the holster shifts and goes forward and prints on my shirts and when I run it moves forward and backwards on my left side. It does clear my pacemaker excellent without touching any of the wires or pacemaker it's self. It needs to be non attached but just a strap with Velcro or snap so it can be undone quickly when you have to go to the bathroom and quick when resetting the strap, Other than that, it's a ten. If you decide to add this item, let me know and I will order one. Thank you. Mike
