About Llama MAX - I
Llama fireamrs originated in Spain and is currently produced in the Phillippines. Llama is a known producer of various pistols and revovlers, most notably known for their line of 1911 pistols.
This recoil operated semi-automatic pistol is chambered in .45 Auto caliber. It offers single-action trigger, grip safety, manual thumb safety, 10-round magazine, blued finish steel frame. A skeletonized commander-style hammer, beaver tail grip safety,extended magazine release and three-dot sights help the MAX-1 to be a stronger competitor in an increasingly crowded M1911 market. The ejection port is small in comparison with a lot of other .45s. The three-dot sights are a narrow front blade and a rear drift adjustable for windage through our samples was firmly staked. It uses a rod passing upward through the right rear of the frame to press up a plunger in the slide that, in its normal position, prevents the firing pin from moving forward.
