This is a wonderful holster. I'm not sure if I got the first one made, or if this is a new holster for Craft. The gun is a fairly new model (Glock 23, Gen 5 MOS with a Holsun red dot sight) and this was the only company that offered a leather OWB with a retention strap I could find. It was shipped from Slovakia and it took about 1 month from order to delivery, That's why I think I may have got the first one. Shipping was only 4 days from the time it left Slovakia. As with every leather holster I've owned, it took the use of a break in solution (that I purchased with the holster) and 2 Ziplok 1 Qt. freezer bags for 2 days to get the retraction and insertion force I wanted. The construction looks flawless, the price was competitive, and the waiting time was worth it. It easily compares with several other famous leather holsters I own from 2 companies - One I know is made in the USA the other is a worldwide producer but I don't know if they were made in the USA/Mexico/elsewhere and their website doesn't say, (but they are good products). The bottom line is I would buy from Craft Holsters again!
