Great holster…well crafted, well designed, very happy with this model.

Very well crafted holster, but I expected it to have a sweat guard like the IWB version I also bought. Unfortunately, this means the money I saved not buying the *** version specifically designed for my 1911 will either be spent replacing dress shirts ruined by the thumb safety and all the oil I’d have to use to avoid corrosion or really just ends up getting tacked on to the already overpriced but properly designed *** I now have to buy. Unfortunately, this holster just can’t be used to carry on a daily basis, so I’ll have to do what I should have done all along…just pay the extra money for the ***. It really is fantastically crafted…just poorly designed. Would have gladly paid an extra $50 for a sweat guard that protected the 1911 thumb safety and my garments and allowed me to use it for its intended purpose…daily carry.
