The Story of Ed Brown Holsters
Ed Brown is a premium manufacturer of 1911 semi-autos. The company is now based in Missouri and the history of it starts with an aspiring gun smith, that was dissatisfied with the state of 1911 semi-autos and wanted to contribute. Ed Brown established a manufacture that was and still is a thriving producer of 1911 model pistols. The business began in 1968 as “Brown’s Gun Shop”, first selling other parts and handguns, not only custom made 1911’s. The turnaround happened in 1988 and with the help of two sons, Ed Brown managed to make his name a household and a synonym for quality 1911’s.

Received holster in a acceptable time especially for custom leather holster. Craftsmanship was perfect and pistol fit like a glove. Definitely one of the best holster I've ever bought.
