Not great. I ordered a left-hand shoulder holster. What i got is a heavy hip holster with straps. The rear belt loop leaves just about zero clearance to get a secure grip on the grips. This forces a very awkward and dangerous draw! The back panel is very stiff, as is the retention strap so rebolstering and re-engaging the retention strap will be nearly impossible while wearing this rig. Overall, it's thick and clunky, very bulky and has very poor ergonomics. One the bright side the leather is nice. I wanted a shoulder holster, not a poorly concieved conversion.
