The Quick Release Duty Holster is an outside-the-waistband holster designed for strong-side carry on a 2” duty belt. It is made from thermo-molded full grain leather and shaped for a specific firearm model, creating a fitted holster cavity that helps stabilize the handgun and support consistent indexing during regular use.

Retention is handled through several confirmed features. The molded leather fit provides the base level of retention, while the quick-release system and thumb break help keep the handgun secured during carry. An adjustable retention screw allows the user to fine-tune draw resistance based on carry preference and handgun fit.

The holster uses a closed-muzzle profile with full-barrel coverage. This design helps shield the barrel area and reduces exposure to outside debris while maintaining a practical duty-style shape. An integrated barrel-sight guide helps channel the handgun during draw and reholstering, reducing the chance of front-sight snagging.

For belt attachment, the reinforced belt-loop support is sized for 2” duty belts and is designed to help keep the holster stable during movement. This model is available in right-handed and left-handed versions and is made for compatible pistols and revolvers from the assigned firearm list. Revolver versions may include minor design variations depending on the selected model.

As with most leather holsters, a short break-in period may be needed after delivery to help the leather settle around the handgun and improve draw smoothness. The holster should be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth, kept away from prolonged moisture exposure, and checked regularly to make sure the retention screw and hardware remain properly secured.
