About Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro
The Bersa is an Argentine gun manufacturer that was established in the mid-1950s. The first pistol that was produced by them was called “Luan” and it was a modified version of the Ballester handgun. It was produced only in few pieces, with no big commercial success; but it has become a rare and collectable model nowadays. Bersa introduced semi-automatic named “Modelo 60”, followed later on by the “Model 62”, both based on a different design, which were selling very well.
The Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro represent a family of semi-automatics designed in a smaller, compact version of the original Thunder models while keeping all the same functional features. The Thunder UC PRO is compact, powerful gun, excellent. It was introduced on the market from 2002. It was originally designed for concealed carry of both professionals and civilians. It is a compact, double-action, blowback operated semi-automatic. The Thunder UC Pro is available in 9 mm, . The gun variant chambered in 9 mm, . measures 6.5” in the total length, with the barrel length of 3.25” and gun model in .45 ACP calibers is a bit bigger. The gun contain several ambidextrous features such a safety, cocking lever, slide stop levers and magazine catch. A trigger guard of gun is squared off. The UC Pro features three-dot aiming system, checkered polymer grip coupled with finger grooves for a comfortable and easy manipulation.
