Ruger SR9 Leather Shoulder Holster System (Light/Laser & Red Dot)

Description

This horizontal shoulder holster is an ultimate solution for the light or laser equipped guns that comply with the RMR or Red Dot optical sights. The weight of the gun and ammo carriers is evenly distributed across your shoulders by comfortable leather straps. Extra stability is provided by tie-down belt attachment straps. This setup ensures a glove-like fit thanks to the thorough hand production based on the actual gun and light model. The entire system offers exceptional versatility. The holster body can be completely removed from the harness and worn as a standard belt holster. Moreover, the belt tie-downs can also be detached, while the holster remains well-balanced. Additionally, the harness straps are adjustable in length, allowing you to carry the rig under a jacket for concealed carry or use it as a perfect night duty holster.

Holster Body - The holster is handmade and wet-molded to the exact gun and light/laser and red dot models to fit like a glove. Crafted from premium Italian leather that is 0.15” thick, it is double-stitched with German thread for terminal durability. The holster has a closed muzzle and features a steel-reinforced thumb break strap to ensure the gun is securely holstered, while the trigger guard is completely covered by leather. On the backside platform, in addition to the harness attachment points, the holster includes a belt slot compatible with 1.5” wide, 0.25” thick belts, as well as a belt tunnel for threading your belt through. An extra belt slot is included under the trigger guard area.

Counterbalancing Ammo pouch - Depending on the gun model - revolver or pistol, the shoulder holster includes a matching counterbalancing magazine or speed loader pouch made out of the same premium leather as the holster itself. The pouch for pistol magazines features two tension screws to adjust clip friction when drawn and is always made on the exact clips, so please select the caliber and capacity. For extended or aftermarket units, choose “Other” in the dropdown and specify the magazine capacity in “YOUR NOTE” field at checkout. The speed loader pouches are designed to fit standard HKS loaders.

Harness and tie-down straps - Long-term comfort is a top priority. The entire harness system is crafted from premium cowhide, with the straps coated in a soft finish to maintain comfort. The holster and counterbalance are securely attached using Phillips head screws, and belt tie-down straps are included below the holster and counterbalance.

Harness is by default adjustable from S size up to XL size (33” – 47” chest circumference & 17”-24” shoulder tip to waist length). If you are of a bigger build, make sure to note your dimensions in the “YOUR NOTE” field in the checkout and we will produce the harness accordingly. 

Note: Due to the construction of the holster for an accurate firearm model, it includes an extra belt slot on the backside only for the guns with the barrel length longer than 3%E2%80%9D. The leather may require a break-in session after the delivery of the product. The holster pictured in the photo gallery is made on an illustrative gun and your actual piece will differ as it will cope with the exact gun contours. Certain light models will require an open muzzle.
