This is the best holster. I knew that with my shoulder arthritis that a right side IWB or OWB holster would not work. I did my research on shoulder holsters and decided this holster was the best for me because the barrel points down and the roto feature allows me to draw easily. Now that cooler weather is here I will be using this holster for my EDC.
