Baugh this holster for a smith & Wesson model 60. I am 6’ 2”, 205lbs with a size 12 foot. Average size man. The holster is too tight to fit comfortably over my caves. Where it fits on my ankle the barrel digs into my ankle bone. Tryed it with a Glock 43 with the same results. If I move it high enough not to hit my ankle bone it cuts the blood off to my foot, plus it sets so high in the pant leg that way you would never be able to get the pistol out of the holster it needed
