Returns & Replacement Policy
We realize that not all gun holsters work perfectly for everyone. If it doesn’t work for you, you may return the merchandise or exchange it according to the following steps. We offer our valued customers an easy return process. To return a product purchased directly from Craft Holsters, simply:
Contact our Customer Service within seven business days of receipt of the products. Tell us your order number, the reason for the return and include a photo of the product. Pictures will be forwarded to production, where the necessary replacement will be processed promptly.
Craft Customer Service will provide you the shipping return information.
Return the merchandise in a new (unused) condition complete with the original packaging and invoice.
If you are interested in exchanging the product, our Customer Service Rep will help you to find an alternative.
In the case of a replacement we will inform you promptly about an actual shipment date of the replacement items.
In the case of a refund, funds are returned to your bank account (less shipping and handling fees).
Craft Holsters.com reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in certain cases.
