About Sig Sauer P250 SubCompact
The Sig Sauer company began in 1853 and was at first a wagon factory - until the revolutionary design of the Prélaz-Burnand rifle, which this factory manufactured, had won a Switzerland's Federal Ministry of Defense competition to produce 30 000 Prélaz-Burnand rifles. The factory then changed its name to Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft - SIG (Swiss Industrial Company in English).
This recoil operated semi-automatic is available in 5 calibers .380 Auto, 9 mm, 357 SIG, .40 S&W and .45 Auto. All the models features double-action trigger, no manual safety, black polymer frame, integrated polymer grip and SIGLITE night sights. The model chambered.380 Auto caliber offers 12-round magazine and Nitron finish slide. The model chambered in 9mm caliber offers 12-round magazine and variants with Nitron finish slide, two-tone finish or the variant with accessory rail. The models chambered in 357 SIG and .40 S&W caliber features 10-round magazine and variants with Nitron finish slide or two-tone finish. The model chambered in .45 Auto caliber features 6-round magazine and Nitron finish slide or two-tone finish. The overall length of this pistol 6.7-in with 3.6-in barrel.
