We realize that not all gun holsters work perfectly for everyone. If it doesn’t work for you, you may return the merchandise or exchange it according to the following steps.

We offer our valued customers an easy return process. To return a product purchased directly from Craft Holsters, simply:

  • Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the product
  • Tell us your order number, the reason for the return and include a photo of the product (if there is any defect)
  • Your request will be then processed and the refund issued


In case of replacements, the process is very similar but pictures play an important role in it, as we have to understand the issue with the product and avoid it in the future:

  • Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the product
  • Tell us your order number, the reason for the replacement request and include a photo of the product (just follow instructions we'll send you by email)
  • You will get direct information from our customer service depending on the extent of the matter
  • Your request for a replacement will then be processed
