Q: WHAT HOLSTER BRANDS DO YOU HAVE?

A: We focus mainly on leading European holster & gear producers that have their work speaking for them.

Q: DO YOU OFFER GUN HOLSTERS FOR LEFT-HANDED SHOOTERS?

A: Yes, most of our holster models can be produced for left-handed shooters.

Q: WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR HOLSTERS?

A: Depending on the producer; it’s either 5 years or 2 years. This information is always stated in the product details page.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY HOLSTERS AVAILABLE IN STOCK?

A: Yes, we have over 1000 holsters currently on stock. You can see actual availability of selected product when adding to cart (specification of gun model, color and shooting hand is neccessary for online check).

Q: WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

A: We offer two methods of payment. The first is credit card gateway, which offers payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB cards. The second option is PayPal (registration may be required).

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF FULFILLING / HANDLING OF MY ORDER?

A: This is described in the Shipping & Handling section on our website.

Q: DO YOU OFFER HOLSTERS FOR COCKED-AND-LOCKED (CONDITION ONE) CARRY?

A: Yes, we do. But only "open top" designed holsters can carry a gun cocked-and-locked.

Q: DO YOU OFFER HOLSTERS FOR REVOLVERS?

A: Yes we do and they can be found easily through our Holster Finder.

Q: ANY INFORMATION ABOUT GUN FIT?

A: Our holsters are designed to fit factory equipped firearms. Since the gun manufacturers often update their gun specifications, these changes may affect the proper fit.

Q: WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR GUN HOLSTERS?

A: Our holsters are made using leather, nylon and kydex. All of which are of premium quality. Leather holsters are made of premium cow hide with a thickness of about 9 OZ (about 3.0 mm).

Q: HOW DO I MEASURE A GUN’S BARREL LENGTH?

A: Revolvers are measured from the front of the cylinder to the end of the muzzle. Pistols are standardly measured from the breech face to the muzzle. Please measure your gun properly (barrel length, frame), and contact our customer service with any questions before your place your order.

Q: HOW DO I CHOOSE A CORRECT SIZE BELT?

A: Our belts should be ordered to your exact waist measurement over the pants. Each belt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) is defined also by the size range of the waist circumference. The minimum measurement stands for the first hole of the belt. IPSC shooters belts need to be ordered one size bigger than you would normally order. Our gun holsters are standardly produced to fit 1 1/2” wide belt.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY RETAIL STORES?

A: Unfortunately we do not have currently any retail stores in the U.S.

Q: WHICH SHIPMENT PROVIDERS DO YOU OFFER? WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING / HANDLING CHARGES?

A: We currently offer FedEx, UPS and Economy shipments. For more information please visit the Shipping & Handling information page.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes, we ship orders worldwide.

Q: WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Please note every customer is responsible for any additional costs by local customs office. We recommend to check those possible costs prior to purchasing from outside Europe and US. Thank you for understanding.

Q: WHAT ABOUT PRICING AND CURRENCY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

A: All prices on our website are in US dollars. If you are a Non-US customer, your credit card company will convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency.

Q: ARE THERE ANY SAFETY WARNINGS ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

A: Read the following warnings prior to the use of any of our products: Care should be used when placing or removing a handgun from your new holster. The handgun’s proper fit in the holster should first be tested with an unloaded gun (the chamber must be empty).

Never place a loaded firearm in a holster without prior testing it. Our holsters are designed to fit factory equipped firearms. Any modifications to the firearm may result in an improper fit and a negligent (accidental) discharge. Do not modify your holster in any way, including any safety devices contained in any our product to accommodate a firearm, for which the holster was not intended.


Order Status & Issues

Q: WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS? WILL I RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATIONS?

A: Your order status changes as we manage the order. You will receive notifications with status change updates throughout the handling process.

If you don’t receive any emails concerning your order status, please check your spam folder in your mailbox or contact our customer service in case there was a mistake while typing in your email address in the checkout.

Q: WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

A: The status of your order may be checked online, on our Contact Us page, under "Check Order Status" tab. 

Q: WHY DOES THE PRODUCTION OF MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG?

A: All products are custom made to fit selected gun model. If your holster is not in stock, it will proceed to production as an Express Custom Made order.

Q: WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LATE?

A: Contact the customer service if you package exceeds the delivery time. Note that the delivery may be postponed because of shipping issues such as airmail delays. These delays should not exceed 3 - 5 business days.
