This recoil operated semi-automatic pistol was produced with 2011 – 2017 and it is chambered in 9mm caliber. It has become the most popular and widely-used handgun cartridge in the world. Performance wise, the 9 mm cartridge has somewhat more power than the .38 Special but falls well short of the .357 Magnum. This model features striker ambidextrous thumb safety, 6-round magazine, aluminum frame, Crimson Trace Lasergrips, tritium 3-dot sights, DC with laser grips. The Solo employs a striker style firing system with a Glock-style single-action (SA) trigger. The slide and barrel cut from stainless steel. To aid in concealed carry the gun is given melt-down style rounded and blended edges. The overall length of this model is 5.5-in with 2.7-in barrel.
