All our leather holsters are hand fitted and part of the production process includes a wet molding of the holster. One of the side effects of wet molding is a consolidation of the leather fibers, which causes “shrinkage” of the holster.

This is a natural process and your gun will fit in the holster perfectly with use. This does not represent any defect of the holster. It is important, when holstering your gun for the first time to try several times to insert the gun to the holster naturally without forcing it. Otherwise, it may be very difficult to remove the gun from the holster.
