About Charter Arms On Duty - 2"
American guns designer Douglas McClenahan established the Charter Arms Company in 1964, in Stratford. The first revolvers were chambered in several calibers .22 Long Rifle, .32 Long, .32 H&R Magnum, .22 Winchester Magnum, .327 Federal Magnum, .44 Special, .357 Magnum, and .38 Special. The most popular revolvers are .38 Special Bulldog Pug and .44 Special Bulldog. The Charter Arms On Duty 2’’ is a double-action revolver developed by the Charter Arms. The On Duty - 2’’ is a great mix of the Charter Arms Off Duty and the Undercover Lite revolvers. However, there’s one extra feature it’s got - a unique hammer block design. The Charter Arms On Duty - 2’’ features a 2’’ long barrel and it relies on the use of the .38 Smith & Wesson Special cartridge. This revolver is an ideal option for personal protection, home defense and, just like its name suggests, for on duty carry. Due to its extreme compactness, the Charter Arms On Duty - 2’’ makes a great everyday concealed carry option and it can be used as a very good secondary carry handgun. Just like most Charter Arms revolvers, the On Duty - 2’’ also features hi-polished parts. The Charter Arms On Duty - 2’’ comes with stainless finish and the frame is made of 7075 aluminum. The handgun can store in up to 5 rounds of ammo, well enough for any situation one might need to use it in.

What Makes a Great Charter Arms On Duty - 2" Holster
A perfect On Duty - 2" holster holds your firearm without the need of a retention strap. The natural retention of each material takes care of it and you can even hold the scabbard upside down without the firearm falling off. Or you can rely on the retention strap which can have several levels of retention. Another treat of a great On Duty - 2" gunholster are smooth edges on the outside. This way the holster stays protected from abrasions, scratches or any other intrusive surfaces that it may stumble upon. A perfect finish of a holster is another feature. A On Duty - 2" holster keeps dust, moisture and water away. Taking care of your holster is an important thing and there are many options including break-in or adjustment. On Duty - 2" holsters can come in a large variety of materials and carry styles that will allow you an easy draw and re-holstering while being comfortable at all times.
