A: We offer wide selection of holsters and duty gear from leading European producers Falco and Vega, known for their quality materials and custom hand crafted manufacture.
A: Yes, all our holster models can be produced for left-handed shooters. Please choose a left-handed option when ordering.
A: Basically products we're selling have 2 or 5 years limited warranty and depends on producer of each holster. Please check product detail for exact warranty specification.
A: Yes, we have over 1000 holsters currently on stock. You can see actual availability of selected product when adding to cart (specification of gun model, color and shooting hand is neccessary for online check).
A: You can use our payment gateway 2checkout.com and pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB, PIN debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. A: Only "open top" designed holsters can carry a gun in a condition one.
A: We also produce gun holsters for revolvers. You can check which holsters are available for your revolver using Holster Finder for a personalized results
A: Most of our IWB holsters should be carried inside of the waistband, on the strong side of the hip (right side for a right-handed shooter).
A: Our holsters are designed to fit factory equipped firearms. Although, our attempts to fit the most current firearm models, gun manufacturers often update their product specifications and selections. Slight manufacturing changes in a firearm model can affect the proper (safe) fit of your firearm and the holster. It is the customer’s responsibility to personally check for holster firearm compatibility using the actual products. It is also the customer’s responsibility to regularly check the holster and its components (snaps, rivets and retention screws) for a proper fit and function. If any of our products become broken, defective or is not fitting safely in your opinion, stop using it immediately.

A: If the holster has a retention strap, it may also need some breaking in.
1. Brush the inside of the leather of the retention strap on both sides with a bit of denatured alcohol
2. Place your unloaded firearm in the holster firmly
3. Try to close the retention snap before alcohol dries
4. Leave the gun in a closed holster for at least 10 hours
5. The leather of the retention strap should release
6. Try the fit with your unloaded firearm again. Repeat the process if needed.
A: Our producers are made using the highest quality materials including cordura, nylon and leather. Our leather holsters are made of premium cow hide of a thickness of about 2.8 - 3.0 mm.
A: Revolvers are measured from the front of the cylinder to the end of the muzzle. Pistols are standardly measured from the breach face to the muzzle. Please measure your gun properly (barrel length, frame), and contact our customer service with any questions before your create order.
A: Our belts should be ordered to your exact waist measurement over the trousers. Each belt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) is defined also by the size range of the waist circumference. The minimum measurement stands for the first hole of the belt (S, 29.53”-37.40”). We produce leather belts with widths from 1 1/2” up to 2”. IPSC shooters belts need to be ordered one size bigger than you would normally order. IWB carry belt If you will be wearing an IWB holster (inside the pants), you may need to add 2” more. Our gun holsters are standardly produced to fit 1 1/2” wide belt.

A: Yes, we ship orders worldwide.
A: Craft Holsters specializes in shipping internationally. However, we are unable to take responsibility for local customs duties and import policies for every country we ship to. We are not responsible for damage, breakage or loss of the products while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported immediately to the shipment provider. Ask the shipment provider to make an inspection and register a claim directly with them. The original boxes must be held for the Federal Express inspection.
A: All products are shipped in MailLite envelopes with Sealed Air protection for the inside compartment to ensure protection during transport.
A: All prices on our website are in US dollars. If you are a Non-US customer, your credit card company will convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency. We cannot be responsible for additional charges of your bank and do not have control over the exchange rate.
A: Please read the following warnings prior to the use of any of our products. Care should be used when placing or removing a handgun from your new holster. The handgun’s proper fit in the holster should first be tested with an unloaded gun (the chamber must be empty).
Never place a loaded firearm in a holster without prior testing. Falco holsters are designed to fit factory equipped firearms. Any modification to the firearm may result in an improper holster fit and an accidental discharge.
All Craft holsters were produced for specific firearms and designed to function safely. Do not modify your holster in any way, including any safety devices (MLC security lock) contained in any our product to accommodate a firearm, for which the holster was not intended.
A: The status of your order changes during processing and you will receive an email notification confirming all status changes of your order. Your order can have several order statuses:

A: All holsters are custom made to fit one gun model only according the order and other specifications. If your holster is not on stock, it will proceed to production as Express Custom Made order. Production process can take 6 - 8 weeks.
A: The goods sent to customers directly from the European producer may sometimes be late due to airmail delays. The delay should not exceed 2-3 business days. If the delay of your order exceeds this, please contact the shipper directly, or contact our customer service to investigate the issue.
